• Longing to find my passion again.

It’s been long since I felt a longing to erect a beautiful home.

Erecting an erection, building a home with love and passion.

Fast track your longing toward your passion.

It has been long since I felt my passion, but now that my will has found it, it will be fast manifesting it and a feast for the eyes seeing it.

3 times will be the charm.

The creative waters of aquarius are rising to erect from the root, the desires in us & the sun is golden inside me.

    It is time for passion.

  • Building muscle and getting fitter.

    Learn to build muscle easily.

This is my story of how I struggled to put on weight and build muscle.

I have always felt like the skinny guy and used to go down to the gym regularly to try and get bigger.

You get all kinds of information from bodybuilding, fitness, nutrition magazines and websites etc.

Information which leads you into eating copious amounts of meat, food etc to maintain your muscle mass or the idea that you need to eat x amount of calories or eat to a schedule, ignoring your natural rhythms and digestive orges is portrayed.

In my experience everyone is different and what I found worked for me would probably shock a lot of people.

The Gym or training statement or mantra “stay hungry”, not only means to be motivated and keep chasing your dream of getting bigger, stronger, fitter etc, but also is referencing the importance of fasting and staying hungry and you’ll realise that when you are hungry or fasting before a gym session, it is a lot easier to stay motivated.

Over consuming calories only leads to a lethargic workout and a clouded mind which can’t think clearly.

My Pre workout routine included loading up on complex carbohydrates (brown rice, brown bread etc) the night before.

Next day I would fast, that’s right I would stop eating for about 16 – 20 hours.

Throughout that day, I wouldn’t eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Then at about 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the afternoon I would feel my stomach really rumbling, then I worked out as hard as I could.

What I found amazed me, I had an endless amount of energy, the only thing that stopped me from exercising was the pain in my muscles and bones.

    – Caution should be noted here, that over exercising can lead to injury, fatigue etc, and one should not exceed what they perceive their own limitations to be -.

A few days later I had noticed that my muscles had grown significantly bigger than when I was abiding by the conventional gym and fitness mantra, of eating to a schedule, Pre workout eating, post workout eating etc.

Not to say that you don’t need to eat, you just have to be mindful that you can over do it on the eating side.

Over eating clouds your judgment, leading to making poor decisions when considering your workout routines.

    Fasting clears your mind.

I realised that this was the way all animals in the nature got stronger.

There’s is no animal that exercises vigorously until it is hungry.

When you fast there is no energy digesting food in your stomach, so all that energy goes back into your muscles and loads them up.

If you think about it, when you are digesting food and working out at the same time, your body has divided its energy stores between doing two major things, this leads to poor workouts and a lack of gains when trying to break that lifting plateau.

I noticed, that when I fasted my mind cleared, and this brings us into a spiritual topic which you can relate to exercising, that the Bible and many other faiths advocate fasting for its aid in clearing not only our minds, but our whole system.

After exercising vigorously, during my fast, I would feast on whatever I craved.

This is a technique which has worked for me, for a long time now.

I woukd like to note, as to when you rearrange some animal names, you come up with some interesting words or phrases.

    Lioness becomes “no lies”.
    Monkey becomes “key monk”.

Were our ancient ancestors looking to the nature for inspiration on becoming better, and perhaps they were saying that there were no lies in the animal world, what you see is what you get.

That the monkey is the key monk.

The monkey is the true master monk, the master of life.

You can even stretch your imagination to believe that the word Donkey is “Dawn-key”.

The “key or chi” at the “Dawn” as the sun rises.

Give up your sun or Monstraint and stay hungry.

  • The Dawn-key.

The Dawn-key and the big black ass.

The erections of Mecca and the black box.

Can you see the black and white pattern?.

Can you see the importance of water or milk (base substance) and the erection, when quenching the solar fires.

The erections of ancient Egypt are built on the river Nile.

Freemasonry erections are built beside lakes or rivers.

  • Sound healing run.

    The “Word” was sound.

An expression of importance is needed when adding sound to exercise and stretching routines, while the addition of sound is an easy way of adding balance to our lives, and if exercise is included, miraculous healing and balancing can take place.

While entering any martial arts class or school, you will notice that there is an emphasis in the need to make a sound or noise while performing a move or while sparring.

Buddhist monks use sound to heal and balance their soul, while many will advocate Thai chi or an equivalent alternative, which is an exercise which also involves stretching.

Many faiths and cultures advocate the use of sound, whether using a buddha bowl, bell, didgeridoo, drum, shofar, trumpet, chanting, praying, singing etc, the list of ways you can add sound to your life to help you balance your energy is endless.

Many faiths then advocate practices which then involve exercising and stretching, ie yoga, Thai chi, martial arts, etc.

While a similar portrayal of idea’s can be viewed in the western world, when we dance to music, or we play sport surrounded by fans providing sound.

The application of a positive vibration in our lives, in this case sound coupled with a stretching and exercise routine can not only bring healing and balance to one’s life, but can also bring high’s equivalent to taking certain substances.

I therefore would like to encourage you to frequent a sound healing run.

  • The 9th and final sign, “Day of purification”.

Frank. H. Waters. (Frank & honest waters).

Kachina (Kat-chi-na) blue star hopi prophecy, 9th and final sign – Sexual transmutation and cat references.
    (cat – 9 lives – 9th sign).

According to author Frank Waters – Hopi prophecy states “that you will hear of a dwelling (well) place in the heaven’s just above the earth (above the root or earth is sacral), that shall fall with a great crash (blue water).

    – Sacral chakra associated with water -.

It will appear as a blue star, very soon after this the ceremonies of my people will cease and the blue star kachina (Creator) will return”.

    – Is this prophecy Alluding to sexual transmutation, celibacy and the rising of creative (creator) sexual waters. –

    The 9th and final sign:
Frank Waters writings on Hopi mythology says the blue star kachina (spirit) will signify the coming of the beginning of the new world by appearing in the form of a blue star.

The blue star kachina is said to be the 9th and final sign, before the “Day of purr-ification “, described as a cat-astrophe or a world engulfing cat-aclysm” that will lead to the purr-ification of the planet.
The ninth and final sign of destruction is described by white feather as, “You will hear of a dwelling place in the heaven’s, above the earth that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue star.
Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease”. This idea of the blue star kachina marking the end of all rituals is reflected in Water’s book.

  • Chakra tuning.

Chakras and their associated sounds and instruments.

When balancing each chakra, it’s important to know which sound’s balance which chakra.

Here is a list of the chakras and their associated sounds and musical instruments.

While on their own certain tones may clear negative energy or cure headaches etc.

it is important to do an all chakra clear out, with all associated tones, frequencies, instruments etc to get a complete tune up.

Use specific tones to cure specific ailments, but don’t forget how important a complete chakra tune up is.

  • Sexual power.

References to the power of our sexual energy as a creative force.

Let’s begin with freemasonic architecture in the USA.

Here are images of the obelisk which stands in Washington DC.

We can see how this piece of architecture stands upright and erect, denoting the power of the erection and its association with creativity and sexuality.

Below we can see the ancient egyptian temples of Memphis. We can surmise that the pillars look like penis’s or phallus’s, again we can see the power of our sexual energy at play in the erections of these temples. Symbolising that it is the erect phallus which holds everything up.

Below we can see images of a Hindu God, worshipping and pouring milk over what is called the shivalingham.

This imagery depicts the worship of the male phallus or genitalia and there power in creating and contacting God.

Throughout ancient Greece and Rome we can see artwork, particularly sculptures where the genitals are on show, again another reference from another civilization of the importance of the sexual energy and its role in  creativity.

Throughout India Gurus, sages etc can be seen not wearing clothes, again depicting the power of our sexual energy as a creative force and its use in contacting God.

Often it can be observed in India, how many adherents of faith paint a red dot on their head, either on its own or accompanied by three white stripes.

The red dot symbolises the rising of root and sexual energies as this is the colour of the root and sacral chakra.

The three white lines symbolise three i’s or the third 3 eye, (3rd eye), and the colour white symbolises the white light of the heart and Croi or Sri consciousness.

  • Solfeggio tone playlist

Certain tones and frequencies have been used to balance and bring harmony to our lives.

    Low tones

A lot of attention is given to the balancing power of tones and frequencies, particularly frequencies between 258 hertz and 963 Hertz.

But little attention is given to frequencies of a lower tone, below 100 Hertz.

These low tones may be influencing our energy on a daily basis and it might be a good idea to add them within the sound we listen to.

    Low tones 14.9 / 19.7 / 28.5 / 36.9 Hertz respectively.

    More tones 3rd eye tone / 417+ / 3rd eye negativity clear / 417-963 Hertz respectively.

  • The root of all life’s problems.

For there is only one route, and one root, and the route or root is ascending, up the tree of life.

You must get to the root of the problem.

Don’t ignore the root of your problem, you cannot ignore the root cause of your disorder.

The root is in the earth; it is your root chakra.
Your Problem has probably manifested because your awareness is too heavily rooted within the earth.

You are attached to earthly, root, material things and this is causing a conflict within you.

Your mental, emotional and creative consciousness etc is focused souly on the root or your root or earthly, material needs.

You need to give up your root or material, earthly attachments to solve the root cause of your problem.

You perceive everything as material things, because your awareness is rooted within the earth or root chakra.

    Always looking down on things.

Let go of these material things, give to others, be generous, let go.

Ascend and transcend your limited thinking.
See the life in you and around you, as your creative life force rises.

After you let go of your earthly, root attachments and address the root of your problem, notice how you become aware of the next level inside you, your sacral or sexual, creative level.

Let go of your attachments here to feel more alive. This is where the seeds of life are created in the form of chi’ldren.

Learn to become more creative, with this creative life force.
Learn to feel alive, as you release your attachment to this level.

Every level begins to come alive as you learn to let go, until you find your love for life again.

Life is a dance, add music, let go and release your attachments and feel alive while you ascend.

Consider a hole’istic approach, when dealing with the roots of your problem.

Transcend this force, releasing your attachment toward your own selfish pleasure and desire.

Consult Elohym while seeking a hole’istic approach to the root of your problem.

Perhaps you are looking at life from the wrong way round, look at Elohym from another angle and consider that Elohym may be Myhole.

Awaken your W’hole eye, or hole’y when considering the root cause of your problem.

Consider and ascend as an end, to the root of your rut.

Ascend from the mud or dirt, to ascend and send an end of the root or route of your rut.

Consider the idea that everything with which I have spoken of here, is absolute, and I mean absolute “dung”.

And it is this dung with which you must transmute and ascend towards the end, to discover the root of your rut.

  • Abstainattain.

When should I abstain, and when should I attain? .

I think the rising of the Eucharist and Monstraint in Christian ceremony, answers this question perfectly.

Imagine that the Eucharist which is offered up at mass is made by the sun and its ascent, and this is what the Monstraint represents in Christian ceremony.

The rising Monstraint and Eucharist in Christian ceremony is the sun ascending.

The rising bread at mass represents abstaining or giving up bread or food for periods of time, fasting and offering them up to a higher cause.

White light represents all the colours as all the wavelengths of light are present in white light.

When the Monstraint or Eucharist is rising above the head of the priest in mass, it represents the sun rising and the colours it takes as it ascends and their effect on all life.

As the Monstraint or sun begins to rise it should appear red, influencing our roots.
As it rises it represents our need to give up our attachments to our roots, earthly, material things etc.

As the sun or Monstraint rises higher, it should turn orange, representing our sacral and our creative and sexual nature.

As the Monstraint or sun moves up into this colour it symbolises our need to give up or abstain from sex and to be celibate.

As the Monstraint or sun rises higher, it should appear yellow, Which represents our solar plexus.
We at this stage of ascent should fast, give up or abstain from food and the bread of life.

The final stage of abstention is when the Monstraint, Eucharist and the sun are at full height or full ascencion.

When the sun, Monstraint and Eucharist are white.

This is the sun and son at full strength, this is the light of the heart, and it represents our abstention from loving ourselves and our possessions, rather we should love God, our lady and life around us.

After the sun, Eucharist and Monstraint has risen it descends to the ground to attain again.

Attainment should only be sought after abstention of these different levels and when you find love for these things, rather than lustfully or greedily chasing after them.

Only when you have risen, through material, sexual, eucharistic and adoration abstention and you have found love in your heart, should you attain.

Build a home with love, rather than a house.
Make love, rather than having sex.
Share food, rather than being greedy.

Rise above it, to see the bigger picture.

Do not abstain completely, but rather include it in a cycle of loving attainment.

  • Kalki’s Eucharist

The idea of the white Eucharist above Christ’s head, which is raised and lowered in mass in periodic fashion, brings together some interesting ideas.

The Eucharist, the bread of life is raised above the head of the priest in ritualistic ceremony and then lowered, portraying the idea of giving up bread periodically, in an act of fasting and giving up white bread.

As I have demonstrated in other posts, the idea of the Eucharist being inserted into the Monstraint also represents the rising of the sun, and its role in making the grass green, which is then used to make the white bread of life.

The monstraint and the risen bread, demonstrates the periodic nature of the sun and the colours it takes while rising and falling and their effect on all life.

The heart chakra is portrayed as being green or white in spiritual philosophy, portraying the colour of the risen sun, when it is bright white and its association with the Heart, core or Christ.

The colour white represents all the wavelengths of light combined, white represents inclusion and the completed planet or being and the risen sun, or risen son at his full strength.

The sun also represents the midpoint of our universe. The midpoint between material and empty space.

A light-hearted medium between complete fullfilment and complete emptiness, the sun is the mean value, the wavelength between light and dark.

Ancient Egyptians are also seen in many images with orange discs risen above their heads, representing rising of sexual or creative forces, in a sense giving up sex and celibacy.

Christ often has a white disc above his head, which rises and falls in ritualistic fashion, representing the idea of giving up your love to God, the universe or life in general, in periodic fashion.

Giving up all earthly, bodily and material attachments or colours associated with the chakras (red) giving up earthly attachments, (orange) giving up sex, (yellow) giving up bread and food, (white) giving up your love, for a higher cause.

These are the rituals we must adhere to, to become sustainable, to become complete in the eyes of God or the universe, in the eyes of our chi or children.

The coming Christ who is complete.

The coming Christ, in Hindu spiritual philosophy. The coming Kalki avatar, the 10th incarnation of vishnu, embodies all the colours combined and his name itself suggests this, Kalki means white.

He rides a white horse, he is often seen in the white clouds, his heart is made of white light, and takes all and gives all spectrums of colour, light etc.

Kalki is the Monstraint, Kalki shows and gives all.

He is also said to be a mystical being, portraying the involvement of mist, which is a white substance.

The name Kalki is similar to the words calcium or calcite, which are white substances.

Kalki in effect is the completed being, he is the white risen Christ, the white risen son as the sun is risen into the white spectrum.

And when he gives all this up, what happens?.

What is above the chakras of the body?, what is above your heart?.

Your voice, your consciousness or conscience.

  • Scarlet white.

Why the colours red/ orange and white?.

Red or orange for celibacy and rising of sexual or creative forces, white to focus on the light of the heart, to become lighthearted.

    IMG_20191031_144648.jpg

  • The colour sequence.

Notice the colours of our planet, as they rise from the ground up to the sky they take on the same colour sequence of that of the chakras or energy centres in Indian and Asian philosophy.

The earth or rock is red, the clay or sand is orange.

The vegetation is yellow and turns green as you go higher.

As you go higher again the sky turns bright blue and higher again, turns dark blue or indigo.

Finally at the outer most atmosphere, our sky meets the space and turns an almost violet blue, just like the colour sequence of the chakras.

Every level on our planet represents an energy centre or chakra inside us.

Images in our dreams of our planet, the vegetation, the sky, the animals etc and the levels with which you would associate such images represent activity which is happening inside and outside of you.

Our planet and our energy centre’s, act in three distinct energy states.

One of rock, clay etc, another of vegetation, and a final state of air or sky.

Three distinctive states acting as one whole planet.

God is the highest level of life, God is the blue sky, the blue dot, the cloud or the high flying bird, the hawk or Eagle.

God is that pressure in your head or that pain in your forehead.

  • The Chi of Eldron.

The conflict with you and your seed within.

There are two lifeforms within you.

One is the life that is you, a manifest life form, the other is the seed of life within you that will eventually become your child, an unmanifest life form.

This life form is your chi, prana or inner child within you.

As this unmanifest life form rises inside you, it will harmonise with you.

It is essentially you which will end up in the body of your child as it is born.

As this unmanifest life form within you rises and harmonises with you, biologically, emotionally, mentally etc.

A conflict of interests may arise, and this is where the discomfort, anxiety, depression manifests.

Most of us think only of ourselves, our own pleasure needs, financial, material needs etc.

But as this unmanifest life form rises inside you, it forces you to think of others or think about it, no longer considering your own needs but the needs of others.

This harmony with life around you, begins inside you.

If you waste this unmanifest life form within you, you are disrespecting it, and it will eventually manifest as your child which will disrespect and distrust you.

You can become depressed, anxious etc as this unmanifest life form rises inside you.
For it will force you to become selfless, to think for others and to share your creative force for the benefit of others.

If a person chooses to resist the harmonisation of unmanifest life forces within, then only conflict in the form of anxiety, depression results.

The only solution is selflessness and consideration of others, this relationship with your unmanifest life form also extends into your relationships with the outside world.

People can sense whether you are harmonious or not with life within you, and this impacts on how people feel about you, whether they interact with you on a regular basis, share ideas etc.

You can not trick this unmanifest life form, for it is essentially you in another sense.

Be honest with yourself, as it rises into the different levels inside you.

Learn to let go and to love others, love is the only way, for their is no other purpose in life worth pursuing only love.

  • The colours of ancient past.

    This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Analyse this image for a moment and notice the colours sekmet is wearing and the colours surrounding her.

    Sekmet

Her dress is orange, which represents sacral creative, sexual, animal forces from an Indian spiritual perspective.

The fact that the disc above her head is orange too, represents the rising of these sexual forces to become celibate.

Her body is yellow, representing the solar plexus in Indian philosophy, her head is then green.

The rising of the colour sequence sekmet is wearing and is, is in similar sequence to that with which the chakras rise in an Indian spiritual sense.

The colour green represents the heart and Christ, and the fact that her head is green could represent Christ consciousness, the same Christ consciousness with which Nikola Tesla was referring to.

Sekmet with red or orange disc above her head, represents the ancient Egyptians role In providing the roots or foundations of our civilizations.

For ancient Egyptians it seemed to be all about colour.

What colour represented and how it effected them.

  • The white disc.

Many ancient Egyptian gods can be seen in pictures and images with red or orange discs above their heads, representing the rising of creative or sexual forces above their heads and above their animal nature’s.

    sacred fire in christ's heart
    sacred fire in Christ’s heart

But notice images of Christ in Christianity, Christ also has a disc above his head in many images, but it is not red.

It is in fact white, representing the full spectrum of light. Christ does not advocate worshipping one spectrum or wavelength of light, like the ancient Egyptians did.

Christ advocates to take all the spectrums of colour in, and worship everything.

Do not divide and only worship one colour, rather unite all and worship every colour.

It can also be observed in Christian mass, how a priest raises the white bread of life above his head in ritualistic ceremony.

The raising of such bread above one’s head, also would resemble the raising of a disc, and would give spiritual significance to the raising of compassionate life forces within one’s self.

To be kind towards life, and to fast before consuming the bread of life or Eucharist.

  • Indigenous disbelief

I believe you, because your broken.

Your purpose is to be beaten and broken, and I see that now.

If I could observe that you had anything left to cling to, material, land, pride etc.

I woudnt have believed what you were portraying.
I would have said that person or tribe is colluding with others, and it’s all one big media game which only benefits the elite.

But because I can see that you had everything taken from you, I now trust and believe in what you say and do.

And its only because your broken and stripped of everything that I believe you.

You are the truth. the way,  and the light.

I’m talking about all the indigenous cultures across the world,  who had everything taken from them and in a funny twist of faith they’re the only ones I believe, trust and observe.

Their dancing is movement, it is yoga, Thai chi, martial arts etc.

Their chanting is praying, singing, music, frequencies, wavelengths.

I trust that your dancing and chanting is not trivial, only a piece of media to be enjoyed.

But is that which helps to heal everything.

Do you see that your purpose was to be stripped of everything, because only then would the world trust and believe your wisdom.

  • The flags creative heart.

It is interesting to observe the colour of the flags of Ireland and india, and their similarities.

Could the derivation of the colours of these flags have the same origin.

In earlier posts, I alluded to the idea that the heart is represented by the colours green and white, from a spiritual or faith based perspective.

Could the colour choices for these flags have the same origins?

Could the colours green and white in these flags represent the heart, and the colour gold or orange represent celibacy or sexual transmutation.

The green and white is the croi, core, Sri or Christ, and the orange represents the celibacy process which is undertaken to awaken the heart, so as it can be charged with the green and white light, to create and consume the bread or fruits from the tree of life.

Ireland and india are the heart, the green, white and gold, or the green, white and orange.

Green and white, representing heart, orange or gold representing celibacy and sexual transmutation.

  • Light of the heart

In earlier post’s I have alluded to the idea that the heart is represented as either the colour green or white in early cultures and faiths.

In a solar sense, the sun changes its colour from red, orange, yellow to white as it makes its ascent through the sky.
Representing the sequence of colours the chakras have and the affect colour and light have on them.

But in an earthly sense the chakra colour sequence can be observed as we move up from the red earth, to the orange sand, clay, mud etc, yellow and green vegetation, to the bright blue and indigo sky.

Eventually reaching the violet space at the planets upper atmosphere.

Chakra colour sequence: red, orange, yellow, green (white), bright blue, indigo, violet.

The heart either represents the green vegetation on our planet, vegetarian, fruitarian, bread diets etc, but the heart also represents the white light of Christ, the son of man or the sun of man and the white bread of life.

What is interesting to observe, is that in the Irish language, the word for sun is “Grian”, which one might surmise is similar to the word Green in English, and we have observed above the link with which the heart has with the white light of the sun and the green vegetation on our planet.

    Interesting.

Have some languages evolved from the observation of the sun’s transit and its effect on the human self, while other languages have developed from the observation of the earthly images?.

Describing the processes which happen inside us through images, pictographs, hieroglyphs of the images on the earth or the image of the transit of the sun.

    Irish word for sun “Grian”.

The chakra associated with the white light of the sun is the heart, which is also depicted as the colour green. Similar to the word “Grian”, which means sun in irish.

Derivation and linguistic deviation of the word “Green”.

The word “Green” in my opinion has changed throughout history and throughout languages, to change its shape and meaning into the words I have outlined below.

    Observe:

    Green, Ge-reen, je-reen, I-reen, Er’Reen, ER’RE. = sun.

“G” has changes to “j” or “je”, and has changed again to “I, or eye” in French.

The word “Green” has deviated linguistically from its origin to the word “ER’RE” as outlined above.

It is also interesting to observe, that the word for love in irish is “Gra”, which isnt to far from the word “Green”.

Which as I have outlined above is the colour associated with the heart.

The green son of ancient Egypt.

The ancient Egyptian god Osiris, is also often depicted with having green skin, with the outline of black around him.

He is also often dressed in white, depicting the idea that he was the Christ in ancient Egypt, he was the white and green light of the heart.

Practices of the cult or faith of Osiris are often similar to practices observed in Christianity.

Worshippers of Osiris often drank beer and broke bread at ceremonies.

Osiris is also depicted as the god of agriculture in ancient Egypt, depicting that it was he as the rising sun, who created the white bread of life.

It can also be observed that “Osiris” name can also render to “O-Sir-rise” and that he was the original “sir” who was rising as the sun rose.

And as he rose, his sun or son rose with him, inside him.
Osiris the rising sun, waited for the “hour” for his son “Horus” the risen son, to take birth.

The word “risen or raisen” bread may also be derived from the making of the bread of life, with the practices of the cult of O’Siris.

As the wheet or maize for making bread is created by the sun as it rises.

Osiris name could also render to Sri, Crio, or Christ, the rising son who waited for the colours of the rising sun to awaken the creative waters of dawn to awaken within him, so he could ascend in an embrace of love to unite with his lover Isis, so she could birth the risen son, or sun “Horus”.

Birthing the balance between the rising sun “Osiris” and the setting sun “Seth”.

Erecting the solar golden phallus, and dawning the creation of the golden age of aquarius.

What colour is the sun at dawn?, my love, my Gra, my Grian, green sun, my green son.

It’s colour’s will aid your ascent.

  • Monstraint.

The Monstraint in Christian ceremony depicts the bread of life as being part of Christ.

The Eucharist is inserted into the Monstraint.

It’s image is somewhat similar to that of the sun, there are golden spokes emanating from it and inside is a white disc which represents the Eucharist, which is the body and blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

To me the Monstraint looked like a sun, with a white light at its centre.

I observed how in other faiths the white light represents the heart.

The root is represented by a red colour, the sacral orange, the solar plexus yellow, and then the heart is white.

This might be why Christ is represented as pure white light or the white Eucharist in the image of the Monstraint.

The sun as it rises also takes on the same colour sequence as the colours associated with each chakra or energy centre as it is depicted in Hindu or Buddhist faith.

The sun starts out being red as it starts to rise, representing the lower chakras in us, root etc and ends up being white as it sits high in the sky at its full ascent.

The white light from the sun would then represent the risen sun, or perhaps the risen son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is interesting to observe that the white light from the sun gives itself to the life on this planet, and provides the energy needed to make grass which eventually makes the bread or Eucharist, which is the body and blood of Jesus Christ.

The Monstraint cannot be touched and it is often moved while rapping a cloth around it, just as our sun cannot be touched.

The word “Restraint” means to take or restrain, and perhaps the word Monstraint means the opposite? To give or show to all.

It is also interesting to observe, that in some Indian spiritual philosophy the heart is also depicted as being a green colour and the grass or wheet needed to make the Eucharist would also start its life being a green colour.

Does the colour green represented by the heart chakra also depict the green vegetation on our planet? And the sun’s role in turning it green, presenting this illusion that the grass is green, when in fact it is made with white light.

The compassionate figure in Hindu philosophy is depicted as “Krishna”, he is the “croi”, meaning heart in Irish or the core, as the heart is in the core of our body.

This is almost certain where the name Christ comes from, meaning “croi” in Irish or “core”.

The image of the Monstraint brings together some quite interesting ideas, it depicts the white light of the sun and how it plays its role in making the bread we eat, but it also depicts its association with the heart and Christ as the risen sun, or son.

The famous scientist, Nikola Tesla depicts in one of his many interviews how “everything is the light”.

He also talked about how all of mankind could achieve wondrous things by embracing the Christ consciousness within them. Is Nikola Tesla also alluding to the idea that the Christ or heart is also the pure white light.

Another famous scientist, Isaac Newton has been reported to be a deeply religious man, he is also noted for depicting theories on the nature of light and how pure white light can be broken up or refracted to reveal a spectrum of colours with differing wavelengths.

Sun worship was also observed within some of the faiths and cults of ancient Egypt, worshipping the white light, which represented their Christ, Horus.

If you were to add a “C” to the name Horus you get Chorus, which might be quite similar to the name Christ.

Interestingly enough when you do add the letter “C” to the name Horus, yo get the word “Chorus”, which depicts the use of sound from a choir within a church. Perhaps alluding to the idea that the “C” added here is not only a letter but a note which is played and the importance with which sound plays in healing or balancing us and its role in communicating with God.

Other word derivations from the name “Horus” who is the risen sun, or son in ancient Egyptian mythology.

Are the words “hour”, “our”, depicting that the ancient Egyptian Christ was associated with time, or think of the use of the word “our” within passages of the Bible and ponder to its use and its origin.

The letter “H”, in the name Horus may also be turned on its side to make an “I” and may reveal the word “Iorus” or Iris, as in the Iris of your eye, reveling the idea that Horus was the all seeing eye in its physical form.

That the light enters the eye of Christ, that pure white light or Christ is the core, he is everything.

Christ is in the pure white light, or white Eucharist of the Monstraint.
